The Origin of the Cucur Cake

Ingredients :

230 ml of water
125 grams of brown sugar
2 pandan leaves, tie
125 grams of rice flour
30 grams of medium protein flour
1/4 teaspoon salt

How to Make Cucur Cakes:

1. Boil water, brown sugar, and pandan leaves until the sugar has dissolved. Filter it. Leave it to warm the nails.

2. Mix rice flour, flour and salt. Pour the sugar solution little by little while kneading. After the mixture is thick, beat 30 minutes while continuing to pour a little sugar solution until it runs out. Let stand 40 minutes.

3. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a small concave pan. Pour batter mixture. Flush with hot oil until fluffy and fibrous.


4. Prick the center with a skewer, while turning until the mixture on the inside is still raw out. Flush continuously until cooked. Flip for a while. Lift.
